Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A completed return form must accompany your package
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest standards for our bridal customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards (as specified in our menu)
- Custom-made items (including specially ordered bridesmaid dresses with custom sizing or fabric combinations)
- Accessories marked as “final sale” (particularly delicate items like wedding veils and hair accessories)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the following template to ensure we have all necessary information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our bridal specialists will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- A return authorization number (RMA)
- Detailed return instructions
- A prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely in the original packaging and include:
- The completed return form (will be provided with your RMA email)
- All original tags and protective bags (especially important for delicate items like lace or chiffon dresses)
Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
- Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we process your return. Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS).
Return Shipping Options
We offer two return shipping methods:
- Standard Return: Use the provided prepaid label (US customers) or ship via your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Exchange Priority: For faster exchanges, you may choose to place a new order immediately and we’ll refund your original purchase once we receive the return.
Special Considerations for Bridal Items
We understand that bridal items require special care:
- Bridesmaid Dresses: Please check all fabric types (satin, chiffon, tulle, velvet) carefully before removing tags.
- Wedding Veils: Due to their delicate nature, veils must be returned in their original protective packaging.
- Belt & Corset items: These must show no signs of wear or adjustment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (wrong bridesmaid dress color, size, or fabric), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return and expedited replacement at no cost to you.
